Types
The SMART Threaded Suspension Kit is a comprehensive street ride height adjustable kit. It allows ride height adjustment on all four corners of the car in most cases. The kit also offers rebound damping adjustment with a knob on most applications where car designs allow. This allows you to set and adjust the ride height, corner weight the car and tune the ride and handling characteristics.
SMART threaded suspension kits are designed for mild to aggressive street cars but still give a comfortable daily driver ride. These kits were developed and tested on the famed German autobahn and are all TÜV approved and are widely exported to Germany and Australia .

FOAM CELL
Nitro gas shocks are built with multi stage velocity sensitive valving to ensure the shock is capable of performing at any speed. As the shock moves faster to absorb small bumps in the road like corrugations, the valving in the shock responds to maintain the ride control characteristics. The ‘Foam Cell’ that makes all the difference is a micro-cellular foam insert that helps to drastically reduce the effects of shock fade, allowing your shocks to perform better for longer, even on the harshest of corrugations. Cavitation and Aeration are the undoing of any shock absorber. As the shock is worked harder, the oil and gas in the outer chamber begins to mix and form bubbles, lowering the viscosity of the oil. When this aerated oil passes through the valve, there is reduced resistance, stopping the shock form performing correctly. The Foam Cell insert, with its trapped gas micro cells takes up the empty space in the shock normally taken up by air or nitrogen gas. This eliminates the possibility of bubbles forming, allowing the shock to get on with the job with an unparalleled resistance to shock fade.
